A few months passed and she realised she was pregnant,
You should have seen the joy that was in his eyes,
His spirit had been awakened and raised into the skies,
He knew what this meant,
And just like that once again he was a man on a mission,
Gone was his depression and regret
And he promised her that all the baby's needs would be met,
Thus he found a job and began to work,
Life gave him a job and a reason to live,
But for it to give it will one day take,
And take it would,His unborn child,
Deep it the night they woke upto a bed full of blood,
Went to the hospital and the doctor said I'm sorry you just had a miscarriage,
As the blood left his face she knew this was the end of her marriage,
She cried,
And his heart died,
There was a dead silence and no one spoke,
As they were all still trying to cope,
But unlike lightning disaster struck twice,
And over the next few weeks he got drunk at work twice,
And he lost his job as the price.
As any broken man on a downward spiral,
He turned to alcohol and gambling,
Soon money become scarce,
No food and no power,
Life had become so bitter and sour,
But at least she still had him,
He loved her were the words she cried herself to sleep with,
All men can't be it bad,
It has to be a myth.
One day he came home sober,which was out of the blue,
But she knew,
She knew that something happened but she would ask,
He arrived and fell onto his knees,
He apologized and said he had been wrong,
He even sang the song,
The song from their first date,
And said he would be a better man,
And so from the beginning they began,
And a glimmer of hope was shown in her eyes,
But unfortunately these were all lies.
Her twenty three,him twenty seven now,
The had been through hell,
And everyone could tell,
And never judged,
A few weeks passed and he had an idea,
An idea to spark up their relationship,
Something to spice it up and bring back the flavour,
He said "my love let's try a threesome"
And she was shocked and caught completely off guard,
But as a "lady," she calmly responded....
