I am not a rock

I am not a rock ,but I will not be moved,

I am not immortal but I will not die,

I will live long and forever because of my actions,

And if not by action, then by my generations,

I will attain that which many have failed to achieve,

Because I will be steadfast and I will believe.

I am the stone that the builders refused,

The bomb that could not be defused,

That left them utterly confused.

And with my resolution clear as day,

And my vision before me,

I begin the hunt for my prey,

Nothing will sway me today,

From carving out my destiny,

For I am its architect ,its inventor,

And I will not give up because today I become the apex predator.

For I am steadfast and strong,

Even though sometimes I may fail and I maybe wrong,

I will endure and my soul will go on,

Though great deeds, my legacy will be prolonged,

I will be remembered by those that said that I never belonged,

I will not give up,

Until I have drunken my cup,

And those that doubted me will push and cry,

And with great pleasure, their satisfaction I will deny,

For I am one for the heavens and belong in the sky.
